My wife and recently bought a beautiful, very unique grandfather clock for our home. Unfortunately, it was an "as is" and as a result was not working when we got it home. I called Gerry & Son where I spoke with Brett. In short, our experience with Brett was amazing! He came to our home in Thomasville and, within an hour, had the clock repaired and up and running. He called me to explain, in a very detailed way, to let me know what he had done. Further, he encouraged me to call him in the future to ask questions as it is likely that this clock will need a lot of TLC. I cannot recommend Gerry & Son clock repair enough! A wonderful experience.
