On Sunday August 2nd while traveling to Neah Bay two wheel bearings failed on my boat trailer. Evergreen Towing took care of my boat and trailer. It ended up at Quality 4x4 and Liza contacted me Monday morning. She kept me fully informed and I soon had a firm estimate over the phone. Besides the bearings, axle beyond repair, the springs badly corroded and lost their strength. They discovered one tire was cracked and the other cut on the sidewall, plus the rims were pretty corroded and the stud holes were weak, cracked, and starting to pull through. In time I could loose a tire causing a bad accident. I agreed with the estimate and by Thursday I was called and told my trailer & boat were ready. All the defective parts were laid out for my inspection and I was shown everything single part and its defects. I was pleased with the cost of the repairs as I was expecting it to be more. I just wish their shop was not so far away, as I would surely use them again. They are very fair and reasonable with repair cost and Lisa is a joy to work with. Thanks, Quality 4x4 ! Gary H.
