I went to the Quality Inn located at 2 Southampton Road in Westfield MA on July 6, 2020 and the overall experience was atrocious. Several noise complaints against other guests were made and documented at the front desk. The noise kept up however all night until 5 AM without resolution making sleep next to impossible. The next morning at check-out time, one of the managers who is an Indian woman was extremely rude because of the previous night's noise complaints and I was barred from the hotel for no legitimate reason. Furthermore, this woman spewed profanity at me despite the fact she was being treated politely and then threatened with a no trespass order as well as calling the cops. All the while I maintained my composure as she verbally assaulted me. I requested her name after telling her what I thought of her arrogant stance, but she refused to comply with my request and obnoxiously hid her name tag behind her hair so it couldn't be viewed, a clear act of blatant cowardice I might add. So, I filed a formal complaint with the corporate office Choice Hotels who declared they would investigate the matter. I highly suggest to all those reading to avoid this dump at all costs because it's being managed by ignorant, racist West Indians who basically don't care about your rights or well-being, only about the money. Additionally, the room had bugs, but they obviously knew all about it because there was an exterminator coming in as I was outside waiting for my ride after the manager rudely ordered me out of the lobby. Obviously, this explains why they are not an accredited business with the Better Business Bereau. In view of everything that has happened, I'm happy not to give them my good business anymore because they're liars and scammers who don't know how to run a respectable establishment. Lastly, they have recently been exposed to the Covid-19 virus by a previous guest and refuse to do anything about it. Beware!
