I did have a good service technician yesterday however, upon further research, I found that I was GREATLY overcharged for a part that costs about $42.00. Snell charged me $398.00. I understand a bit of a mark up to make a profit, but almost 1000% mark up is ridiculous.
NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THAT. You are robbing your customers and I am now telling everyone I know not to use this company.
