We had the worse experience of our life dealing with him. He is not a licensed contractor in the State of Idaho and his rock quarry does not have the proper documentation with MSHA (Mining, Safety and Health Administration). He left us with an unfinished road, not built to proper specifications. He had the nerve to sue us in small claims, then we appealed to Civil Court and won, based on the documentation from a road engineer and him not being a licensed contractor. He was threatening and over charged us for the shoddy work he did.
