DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My family had our transmission rebuild from this establishment 2 yrs ago. When my dad bought it in he said “i dont care how much it costs, I just want it fixed and done right” ended up Costing $3400 and in a year and a half it was back to this shop 4 times because it was not done correctly. Took the vehicle out of state (after the 4th time it went back) when promised it was finally fixed right only to have it mess up again 2 months later. Offered to drive the Vehicle back to CA to have it fixed but Paul felt it wasn't safe to drive back and agreed for me to take it to where I was and have it fixed. Turned out problem at the time was the Band was too lose. The shop ONLY looked at and fixed the band. 10 months later Tranny is now done for and they are refusing to honor their warranty. They broke the contact when they allowed and covered for the other shop to fix the band however now they will not cover anything and the transmission is toast. $3400 for a rebuild the transmission should have lasted at least 150,000 miles if not longer only lasted 50,000. Tried to contact the owner whom would not talk to my dad or I. Even tried to come to an agreement with them that since the car was never done correctly in the first place they cover a new transmission and I would have paid the labour but they were not interested. They wanted me to know drive the car back to Cali (which it is not drivable at all). The transmission shop that I took it to when it went
