My recommendation for all viewers and customers of situate animal pharmacy is to NOT TRUST the prescription they fill for your PRECIOUS furry family members or trust that they care. I did just that (trusted). It was suppose to be 30mg 2x daily of a pain medication - I gave it to my dog not imagining what would happen next. I ended up in the New England Animal Hospital not sure why. I brought the prescription with me. The doctor looked at the bottle and told me I better hope that the mg dosage on the bottle was a TYPO!!!! I asked him why? It said 300mg 2x daily and should have been 30mg. He told me that my puppy could die and asked me if I wanted him to try to revive her if she did. Two scary days later my puppy survived and it was confirmed that it was 300mg 2x day for a 17 pound dog. That is a leathal dose for an adult. After contacting the animal pharmacy and not happy with how it was dealt with - I am following up with reporting the owner/pharmacist to the State Board of Pharmacy. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO EVER GO THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

Without the Animal Pharmacy inconjuntion with Shadow & Shotze's Doctor,they would not been able to be comfortable & active till their individual passing. The staff always listened, were interested as to how they & we were doing. We have rescued ,rather we have been rescued by two beagles,and we are confident if their needs require their services the needs of eac of are friends will be met.
