I would definitely recommend Correct-Tek! Whenever I call and leave a message, Will typcially calls me back within a short amount of time. He does a great job and is very reasonable! Call him, you won't be sorry!!!

I am not the best to write a review , but must let the next customer what a wonderful experience I have had doing business with “ Correct Tek Copier” My Canon broke down and I was desperately trying to find a technician to come next day. Against all my rules I went on Google to find Correct Tek and scheduled an appointment for next day after explaining the urgency of the situation. In the line of work that I am, I cant even survive a day without my copier. Will was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and ordered the part for me . The price was absolutely reasonable. He even offered to give me one of his printers to use for back up until mine is fixed. My copier was fixed few days later. I also purchased a Konica Minolta from the company and the price was unbelievable for the quality of the copier. I did a complete research before buying it and couldn’t find a better deal. I have been in business for over 5 years and worked with few other companies prior to finding Correct Tek and can assure you that very rarely you can get excellent customer service and reasonable price as a package. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of copier repair of purchase.
