To Dollex Officers. I am Tomas O. dela Cruz working on Celebrity Cruises where in March 02 2012 I sent 1000 dollar through Kabayan restaurant in St Thomas. Now that I am here in the Philippines and check my Dollar account in BDO novaliches branch that transaction was not forward to my account. The BDO bank is really very helpful but your company needs a very big time expalanation on my part. I have mail to communicate but remember I was charged 30 dollars for that single transaction so why i dont get my money. I am a part of a big Company Celebrity Cruise ship.
