Beware of this company!!!! I allowed them to come and do an inspection for possible pest control service and told the sales representative I would consider initiating service. He urged me to go ahead and sign the contract and set an appointment because they fill quickly, but assured me I had a 72 hour grace period to cancel. I cancelled the next day and they still sent a service person to my home the following day! I wasn't home so they never serviced my home. I called again and verified I wanted to cancel and they continued to urge me to reschedule. I declined and verified the contract was cancelled but continued to receive calls from the company so much that I blocked the number. Then they started with threatening mailings and sent the cancelled contract to collection!!! This is an unethical and ruthless company that will stop at nothing to get revenue that they aren't even due! I wish I'd never allowed them to do the free inspection and have filed a BBB complaint and review. They are not even accredited. Wish I had looked them up before I allowed them to come out. Worst business interaction I have ever had! They have been exceptionally rude since I cancelled and refuse to take NO for an answer and are now saying I somehow didn't qualify for the 72 hour cancellation that I was offered by their representative. Stay far away from this company!!!!!
