No, my perception is that they rip people off by hiding and not paying their bills...they purchase from me and then went in to hiding, not taking calls or responding to emails, now in collections...I recommend you protect yourself better than I did. Good luck!

Will not Pay for products they custom ordered from us. We shipped Product with their private label (They still have not Paid & No response to phone or emails despite repeated attempts) to Ri-Tec in June 2014. Private labeled the product just for them . Has Not Paid Overdue Invoice from 2014 after multiple attempts. Would not recommend any Shipments unless you get it prepaid orders. We rushed the order from a signed PO# and multiple communications with Vice-President. Try Ri-Tec new phone at (800) 948-8955 or (770) 514-0092. Seems they keep changing locations and phone numbers.
