Paradigm Industrial LLC Paradigm Industrial was founded in 1999 by a group of partners who shared a common background at GM and Delphi even though their skills and experiences varied. As a result, the company was able to provide a wide variety of services from the beginning. Over the years Paradigm Industrial continued to add skilled tradesmen with years of experience as machinists, welders, mechanical repairmen, electricians, plumbers and millwrights. In 2008 Paradigm Industrial’s two remaining founders, Chuck Grandin and Rick Stamps, moved their expanding operation into the new building that the company occupies today. Paradigm’s current owner, Ashley Webb, purchased the company in 2013. With the help of Operations Manager David King and Office Manager Shanna Bennett, Ashley oversees the company’s 31 employees as they continue to serve customers large and small with the same specialized customer service that has become Paradigm Industrial’s trademark. “If you need it, we can make it. If it’s broken, we can fix it!” This is what Paradigm Industrial is all about. We solve problems for customers. Sometimes the fix is simple and straightforward, other times the solution is a little harder to come by.
