ATTENTION!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE folks shopping for Firewood to heed my warning and to save your money!!! DO NOT BUY IT FROM CAREFREE. I ordered one and a half cord of firewood to be delivered, the driver pulled up in a dump truck and dropped it on my driveway. To my dismay it was Dirty wood and filled with bugs. Not to mention the majority of the pieces are way to large to fit into my fireplace! I complained to the driver that I did not want the wood, he exclaimed for me to call the manager at CAREFREE. I immediately went inside and called I spoke to the manager and I was told it came from Gaylord and it's dirty from all the rain and as far as the bugs I should put it in my attached garage before bringing it in my house. No Apology! No Refund or partial refund. I just tried to start a fire with my torch using Alcohol Jell and a fire stick starter. Guess what it isn't even seasoned. NO FIRE!!!!! I am absolutely LIVID now.....
