I owed a bill for rent. However I had fallen on hard times. My account was placed with this office. The rep Morgan, was very helpful at working out a payment plan that worked for me. I am very thanful to this office.

The staff at this office is quite nasty and condescending. They are a debt collector, and when you try to ask them questions in a polite manner, they threaten to "send your case to small claims court" and act as if they will hang up on you immediately. I guess you become jaded working in this field, but you should always treat people with respect if they are treating you respectfully.
