I do not recommend this company. I brought a piece of equipment here for a minor repair, and was told I would be contacted when it was completed. I received no word from them for three weeks so went in to check on it, only to be told it couldn't be found and "must have been stolen". I had my claim check; apparently, they take their half of the paperwork and attach it to the equipment, and then leave the equipment outside in an unprotected area. Chris Pond, listed as one of the owners on their business cards, would not file a theft report with the sheriff; I had to do that. As "proof" of my ownership of this equipment (a snowblower) a female employee demanded to see my owners manual. I complied, providing them with copies of my purchase receipt, claim check, and owner's manual. The company has refused to compensate me for the snowblower. They keep telling me they'll call me, but I have not received a single call from them updating me on the status. Chris Pond told me who their insurance company is. I provided the insurance company with all required information, only to be told three weeks later that the company withdrew the claim. I will have to take them to small claims court to resolve this. The lack of concern and attention to this matter is appalling, and reflects very poor customer service and community relations.
