My sons and I have used Clark's Custom Meats for deer processing and ordering special cuts of meat for the holidays for ten years. Their family-owned facilities are immaculate and professional grade - gleaming. The customer service is Midwest-friendly, honest, and cheerful and they remember their customers' names year after year. The price is reasonable and comparable with other processers we tried before we discovered Clark's Custom Meat Company. They do anything we ask - from spices in breakfast sausage to special instructions on the cuts.
