I am writing hopping that this is the same palce that makes band saw blades that is sold through R & D systems ltd p.o. box 158 Ashippun Wi. question is why do your blakes last long time and no brakeage. then next blade will brake in 10 min. 1/2 hour. every blade brakes on the weld joint, starts making clicking noise and then will brake. I have new blades brake right a way, Saw is a delta about 8 years old, blade guide, tenchion, every thing is check out ok. othe makers blades don't brake they just ware out and get dull.
