Mr Pinet came to my house to provide maintenance to my Grandfather clock. He removed it to his shop and returned about a week later. Two days after the clock stopped and I called him he came back immediately and determined the hands were bent and fixed that problem however he suggested during his repair that there may be an issue with some of the bearings. After about a week the clock was losing time and again stopped working ...He came back and removed the clock to his shop and finally called me to say that the bearings were definitely the problem and needed to be replaced. I agreed to that repair and the clock has worked splendidly since. Mr Pinet responded to each of my calls quickly and was relatively resonable in cost for all the work he did. I would definitely recommend him for clock repair.
