ABC DayCare located in Woonsocket ran by a lady named Angie, and assistants named Sue, and Emily tried to send my 2 year old home yesterday in a DIAPER IN THE SNOW! She tried saying we should have "known" he didn't have clothes there, but she doesn't allow us down into the actual room she holds the daycare. Even at drop off or pick up. When confronted about the situation she got defensive and didn't like the fact that I WILL speak up for my child. Her "policies" are out of this world, my son wasn't allowed a sweater, his own blanket, or even a toy. But he was allowed to be sent out in a diaper. When asked why NONE of the 3 workers gave a phone call at any point through out the day to say "hey he peed through bring some at pick up" I was told "we have a thousand things to do and 12 kids" well if you cannot handle 12 kids don't take so many on! She then tried to yell at me over the phone and didn't like the response at all! But I'm NOT the mom who will stay quiet! KNEW I had a bad feeling all along!
