completely and utterly AWFUL. They broke an item in our house and 6 WEEKS LATER still have yet to replace it. Their scheduling center is a joke and can’t actually do anything except leave messages for your home office. After being told multiple times our claim was being worked on for the broken item they now refuse to call us back even though multiple messages have been left. Last time they showed up an hour and a half late with no notice so I came home from surgery to these people in my house. We contacted the main office who in turn was supposedly calling the cleaners to tell them to leave and come back later. 30 min later they finally leave after ‘finishing’ but I walk in to wet floors, a pathetic vacuum attempt on the stairs and nothing in its proper place. They clearly did a rush job so they didn’t have to return. These people are never allowed in my house ever again. Completely dishonest, horrible customer service, and that whole we’ll fix it if you’re unhappy- yea don’t count on it. That would require actual customer service
