Ordered two bulbs for my old projector (DJL) for $111.75 on 4/30/2013. Put bulb in and bulb popped within 10 minutes, just the glass broke. Now I am scared that the same thing will happen with the other bulb. I checked both bulbs to see if they work but on my order form it states âNo guarantee if usedâ I canât return the other one since I used it to make sure it works. Not a good company to deal with that doesnât guarantee their products. Pete Krex

Customer never contacted us in order to have an opportunity to correct the problem with his projector bulb. We have always refunded or replaced a bad bulb on orders within 30 days of purchase.
