We have had a very bad experience with this contractor. They built a 9 unit townhome in St. Paul. One end unit had frozen pipes due to NO insulation in the outer wall. We are now reinsulating all our attics because they are below code, even for the time they were built in 2006. Our unit had NO insluation in the bay that extends 2.5 feet x 10 feet. We complained about the cold when we first moved in and they came out and said everything was fine. The company now doing the insulation said, " You are fortunate your bedroom ceiling didn't collapse from moisture. You can't have a conscience and do this kind of work." When we first moved in the drain pipe for washer on the upper floor had not been connected and it pumped water to the main level. Sections of wood flooring had to be replaced. They attempted to fix the ceiling and finally redid the ceiling. Our granite countertops were not properly sealed and our first week in the unit we had "stains" on the black granite. There were other nagging issues too numerous to mention. They fixed some of the problems and refused to deal with others, but the occupants should not have had to deal with this kind of shoddy work when buying a expensive new property.
