Sam Finegan is the worst attorney in Texas, hands down. Not even licensed to practice for 12 years, yet his bedfellows Tad Nelson and Roady keep giving him pity jobs. When I met Sam Finegan he was literally working off of a dinner table in Tad Nelson's basement. A short walk to work, considering he rolls over Tad every morning to shut off the Alarm. Zero communication. Zero care or manners. He saw me as a walking paycheck. he failed to turn in paperwork, failed to schedule my case. As a result I was arrested for a failure to appear and was completely shocked as they took me in and impounded my car when I did no wrong. The big day came and the assistant DA was a stern woman being mean and looking down on me offering me a deal. She said it had no consequences, would be a misdemeanor and that's it. I looked to my multi thousand dollar doofus of a lawyer and Sam merely shrugged. I accepted the deal like a fool and the next day learned that both of them lied to me and that no one in the courthouse cares. Sam Finegan is literally the worst lawyer in Texas, you can't find him online and the only reason I heard of him was a boozehound of a neighbor. Save your money and get a court appointed attorney, because while it may be a risk that they may lack experience, they will absolutely care about you more and treat you like an adult, and any idiot could have gotten me out of trouble I had truth on my side.
