If you're looking to have someone manage your rental with poor response time and careless bookkeeping then this is your company. They take 2-3 days to get water leak issue inside house taken care further requiring water extraction company sent in due to delay in repair and other plumbing/septic issues they let the plumber invoice them for repeated return calls instead of taking the time to make them enforce a warranty. They just spend your money with the swipe of a pen because it's just a job to them and it's easier. I requested copy of invoice from one of their vendors and as suspected the amount didn't match what was on my statement, they charged me more than the vendor charged them. Just sharing a warning maybe I'll save a few other homeowners some money by steering them toward a competent property management company that is looking to actually manage.
