Never buy anything from this business. I placed an order and it was never shipped Felton has promised a full refund several times and I have never received it. He scams people out of their money and ignores BBB complaints. If you have the same problem, you need to file complaints with the Texas Ag and FTC. He needs to be stopped.

I have to purchase mice for my cat to eat. He consumes 9 a day. (He suffers from inflammatory bowel disease and a diet of mice saved his life). I’ve purchased over 1,000 adult mice in 4 shipments. I live in the same state so that makes Reptilecity a good source for the mice. They have arrived frozen and flawless every shipment. And Drew has personally responded to all my questions about the source and handling of their feeder mice. Fantastic customer service.
