Very dissatisfied. Multiple issues. Can't get them to show up or finish.

I had to get my unit replaced so I googled it and called these guys. They were very punctual and extremely nice thru the entire process they didnt mind the thousand questions I had for the installers. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a geothermal heat pump/water furnace.

The people at the company were very nice when they were providing the estimate, and during installation, of our Climatemaster Tranquility system (replacing a Water Furnace). However, after the first year, the system has been an annual problem, as the system did not work completely properly, and we finally had to have a different company come out to look at it and, to provide a "2nd opinion" had a second company come out. They both told us pretty much the same thing, that there appeared to be a bit of an issue with installation that cuased something to cause leakage of the refrigerant. One of them even used nitrogen to try to find the area of problem, but was unable to do so, after 3 hours of effort. So, we have been, at least twice a year, having to have the refrigerant refilled since it is cheaper than finding the leak caused by installation. So, the people are nice, but we will have been recommending people go elswhere for their geothermal (we know of seven confirmed who have so far), and we may end up having to replace ours much sooner than should be required, and will go elsewhere as well.
