was just currently terminated from new vision due to an emergengcy with my car that new visions had knew about. Anytime something happens and if it involves you and one of the pc or anyone in the office they wil beleive them over you no matter what the situation may be. have worked for new visions for five months and only got paid for my mileage one time only. Right now new visions owe me money for my mileage and has not paid me. New visions refuse to answer my calls but when I was employed there they constantly blew my phone off the hook. New visions basically used my car as a taxi paying only .33 a mile when gas prices are so high. The workers basically sit down in the office and eat, gossip, smoke all day, I think I should of had a job at the main office as much as I was there which is almost everyday with a client sometimes two and three times a day with different clients. I am unhappy with New visions for a lot of things I had to see for a short period of time but long enough that the company is not all they put themselves out to be. Over Thanksgiving day weekend there were two clients left in the house with a toilet full of feces and also on the floor which no one bothered to take care of. They also sent me to house with bedbugs and I got bites all over my arms. These people don"t care about the well being of some of these clients especially if the clients dont "know any better. I feel sorry for some of the clients that dont know any better. Shame on New visions

I used to work for this company before I was fired for no reason at all. They have a huge bed bug problem and they don't do anything about it. When you complain about it, they make you work over there even more.They treat their staff and even their clients with disrespect. They constantly tell the clients that they have no rights when it comes to who they want in their home or what they want to do with their time when they do have staff. They are completely unprofessional in every way. New Vision favors their family or friends when hiring and making schedules. They also have people working in the CPP house who do not have college credits to qualify themselves to work there. They usually do not report matters to KRC about incidents involving their clients. New Vision is supposed to be a assisted living company teaching our clients to be more independent instead you have to do everything for the client and if you don't you are written up or terminated. They make up lies about the reason you were terminated so that way you don't get your unemployment. When bringing up a issue to them, they often yell at you and say that you do not have a choice when working with mentally disabled adults(but we do, everyone has rights). Their program coordinators do not work with the clients at all, they hardly even answer their phones. You will usually see them outside smoking which according to the employee handbook is "prohibited". The only people I feel sorry for, is their clients.
