Buyer BEWARE! I would NOT recommend Link U Systems or Link U Realty Website design at all. I paid thousands for a custom website and have had nothing but problems and poor customer service with this company. I escalated my issues to the owner Wes Rocha and nothing was ever done except ask me for more money. The navigation bars on the home page of my website have not worked for over a year and they refuse to fix it unless I pay them another $700. I have given them every chance possible to retain me as a customer, but they just don't know the meaning of good customer service and won't fix the problems. I finally made the decision to go to another service provider for a website and won't be back. If you want bad customer service, unreturned phone calls, ignored emails, ignored repair ticket request, poor attitudes and a website that does not work most of the time, then Link U Systems and Link U Realty will be your type of company.
