Interfaces and inventory management is available for Passport, Nucleus, Ruby/Sapphire, Retalix and G-Site. The Dailybook provides complete daily accounting and fuel management. All invoices and accounting information can be sent to QuickBooks, Peachtree or exported to a high end accounting program such as MAS90. A Central Pricebook is available for multi-store operations. And for those just wanting a simple way to maintain items and pricing for scanning only, a low cost Pricebook is offered. Sales are downloaded from the POS system and integrated into the Dailybook. Detailed data is stored indefinitely so it is possible, for example, to print a fuel sales history over twenty years. Monthly sales projections are made based on the sales so far for the month.
