Best builder in town!!!!! Aims to please and I am proud to say Stephen Ploue build my home!!! Everyone in our area know his quality construction with more amenities than most builders!!! Ploue resale homes sell fast and buyers are always on the look out for them because they know the quality and beauty of his homes!! Believe me you won't be disappointed!!!!

Stephen Ploue is a builder that pays attention to detail and aims to please his clients and have happy home owners. He went way beyond expectations when he built my home and I am just thrilled to say Stephen Ploue built my home. I hear from people every day that when a Ploue home goes on the market they sell fast and be ready to act quickly or you'll miss the opportunity and it will be sold.

Quality design construction with upscale amenities- assisted from start to finish. Very happy with my new home!

Now PRIME Design + Build Group, LLC, Stephen Ploue refuses to address home foundation issues despite written documentation. He has no intention of fixing our home properly and now there are over 100 drywall cracks. The worst crack spans over 20 feet in length. I am sick of unethical people like him avoiding what's required of him by law. This contractor cut corners in building our house and was not properly insured. BEWARE!

I can''t recommend this company as my neighbor purchased a home built by Stephen Ploue which now has major foundation problems just two years later. The builder refuses to address the structural issues despite having substantiation of them by a structural engineer and a shoring company. My neighbor now has to hire an attorney to pursue this matter through legal means while the house sinks further, cracks everywhere and has doors that won't open. What a nightmare!

I can't thank Prime Design enough. Built a beautiful home for my family. Highly recommend!

Would recommend. Ploue built my dream home in Belle Chasse- such a perfectionist and attention to detail
