Realtor/Broker in DFW... Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified, Accredited Buyer Representative, Affordable Housing Specialist, & Home Stager. I've been selling real estate since 1989. I started my real estate career in Colorado, and still hold my broker's license there too. Since 1997, I've been helping buyers and sellers in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area, as well as other North Texas locations. You'll find I'm easy to reach and very service oriented. My goal is to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them! Emails and text messages are sometimes the fastest way to reach me because when I'm with a client I give them 100% of my attention. Therefore, I don't answer calls, but I will respond to text messages and emails from my iphone at all times! I'm certified as a short sale and foreclosure resource, an accredited buyer representative, an affordable housing specialist and an accredited home stager as well
