Horrible...For a simple sprinkler head ($9 part), they charged $80 to replace (5 minutes labor). Of course, the service people doing the replacement didn't know the price. When I called to ask for the owner, he refused to call back. When I caleed again 5 days later, he wouldn't come to the phone; instead, he called over the the receptionist and had her do his bidding. Pretty cowardly, I would say. I will never use them again. The workers needed to be directed, the owner is non-responsive and couldn't care less about customer service. Go somewhere else for your inground sprinkler needs.

Horrible - I had a 6 zone system and they convinced us to upgrade it to a 10 zone system due to the size of the property. My husband agreed. Within the first 3 weeks, we had to call them for leaks and zones with no pressure. They told us we did not pay for maintenance so they would have to charge us. Were they insane? We just paid them $10,000.00. We argued and then they came to fix the leaks and heads. We refused to pay for a service contract with them since we did not like the attitude we got. We called them a few times since we thought there was a warranty/guarantee on the work. You would think there would be. NO THERE WAS NOT. Now after a few years of having the system, we must have had to replace every section of the lines due to breaks. My husband already this year alone has dug up 9 areas to fix breaks in the lines. This company is the PITS
