Dear Mr. Wenger,
I have tried to contact you at the number listed for your company. One of your 18 wheel tractor trailors , was not only traveling at a high rate of speed today on Rt 55 ..southbound..at approx. 10:30 , I have the tag number and a police report has been filed with the State Police. Your driver was traveling with no tarp on ..numerous items were flying out of the bed of the truck..when suddenly an empty plastic milk crate flew out of the bed ...went airborne ..I tried to avoid it , but .it was not possible..there was a car to the left of me..I slammed my brakes on ..the mile crate hit and broke my windshield !! I caught up to your driver ..and motioned for him to pull over..he laughed , smiled and continued to wave at me . I got in front of him..at a safe distance...put my flashers on ..and tapped my breaks..continuing to point for him to pull over..he sped up ..passed my on the left, continued to laugh and wave...he knew exactly what had happened. Like I said...there will be a police report available in 4 days..I hope you do the right thing and contact me..I will keep attempting to contact someone from your company , if you would like the license plate number , I can provide that , along with the description of the tractor trailor...but..clearly , the name of your company and township , NJ. To say this driver is unprofessional is beyond the way he behaved, This easily could have been much worse..and caused either a bad accident ..or injuries to my, the drive
