They install their palms way too deep into the soil as an excuse to prevent palms from toppling over and the palms eventually die. This way they don't have to install the supports on 3 or 4 sides of the adult sized palm. And then when a palm dies try getting a replacement, good luck! Their excuse is that if they install at the proper height they won't warranty the palm tree(s) in case if the palm(s) fall over in the wind or rain, which is wrong and unprofessional. Professional palm tree installers always support their palms. LMLS will not install their palms at a proper height/level unless the customer agrees to postpone the one year warranty. They always rush the property owner to install fast. Couple of my palms toppled over from rain that were unprofessionally installed and they told me if I buy more palms they will come and restore the palm, but provided no supports to palm anyway and it toppled over again, so I restored the palm myself using trailer anchors and tie-down straps.
