My experience with Frontier Glass LLC has been deeply disappointing. Despite placing an order and paying a deposit on November 24, 2023, and promised installation before Christmas 2023, it was repeatedly delayed. Communication was lacking, After 4 months of uncertainty and delays and just pure unprofessionalism, I canceled my order and I asked for a refund for not meeting their end of the agreement and they said they would cut a check, but after a month the check was never available to pick up and they have stopped returning all correspondence regarding the refund. The lack of transparency and failure to meet on agreed-upon timelines were unacceptable. I cannot recommend Frontier Glass LLC based on my experience. Bill K
