Mr. Mann is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board, Guardian ad Litem, Family Law Arbitrator and a Registered Family Law Mediator. He is also trained in the collaborative practice of law. Mr. Mann is a frequent speaker at bar association and court sponsored seminars on the law regarding child support, evidence, and practice management in Family Law matters in Indiana. Our firm is also a provider under the Hyatt Legal Plan. Lisa Joachim, Jennifer Mann, Todd Small and Megan Clearwaters are also trained and serve as a Guardian ad Litem. Lisa Joachim and Megan Clearwaters are also Registered Family Law Mediators. Richard Mann, Lisa Joachim, Megan Clearwaters and Jennifer Mann are all trained parenting coordinators.
