The worst dry clean service! They gave me a deal to get my bridal gown dry clean. My husband came to pick it up and brought it home. It was not cleaned. It was still busselled and dirty. They poke a hole in my dress at the bottom of the train. It was still wrinkled. Lady told me it was wrinkled from putting it in the bag. Well guess who put it in there, YOU GUYS DID! Don't blame it on me. Who puts a wedding dress in a square bag? you're suppose to let it hang to avoid wrinkles! When I went back to complain and ask for a full refund on (husband picked it up the day before thanksgiving, they finally picked up their phone) thanksgiving day. They refuse to give me a refund and said that the place they usually get it dry clean is close...wow really? perfect timing. you're open but they're closed. And she mentioned it's far away. They would have to keep my dress for days until they open. For what? So y'all can put more holes on my dress and have it smell like arm pit. yes...my dress now smells like arm pit thanks to them. It didn't have that smell when I turned in my dress. so basically, I paid for a dress that was in the worse condition than I brought it in. Yeah...great place. They didn't even pick up their phone or call me to let me know my dress was ready. Their excuse was they thought I knew. wth? I called, how about pick up your phone?
