Vacuum Condensate Pump Sales & Service We are a family owned and operated business located in Northeastern Ohio with over 30 years experience in rebuilding pumps for institutions such as schools, churches, and hospitals. Our president, Herb Dowler, is a certified Lincoln Welder and Licensed High Pressure Boiler Operator. Beginning at age 16 he learned the business from a family friend, Robert Babcox, who was retired from Nash Engineering. Together they operated Pump Specialty Inc. for many years.
