Richard Amsbury
We contracted with Brad in June of 2012 to cut trees on our land in Newaygo County. As per the contract, he was to be finished by July 1, 2013. As of this date (January 19, 2015) he has not completed his end of the contract. Although approximately 20 acres of trees were harvested, many tops (that were to be cleaned up) still remain and we have received no payment.
