i would never buy or rent from William kind again. he was a really shitty landlord. when we moved in thier where holes in the wall the carpet was dirty. it had looked like the person just moved out and nothing was done. he does not take care of his properties. my child could do a better job than him. when we called and told him something was broken instead of fixing it he blamed us for breaking it (when we didnt). just be careful who you rent from. if it wasnt for having a short time to find a place we would of never rented from him.
