I wasn't going to post this review because I really thought that classic canine would do the right thing when I calmly called to speak with the manager about what the groomer on duty did to my dog, this turned out to be the furthest thing that happened. The whole business is Unethical! The groomer shaved my dog to the skin and had the audacity to not even bathe her. I had to bathe my own dog when I got home as she smelled so terrible, they sprayed her with something to cover up her smell so that I didn't notice until a few hours later. They also cut her 2 times. This picture of my baby that I sent to my mom a few hours later says a thousand words. When I called to explain the situation to the manager she hung up on me 3 times and she refuses to do anything to fix this - no refund - no offer to try to do anything to make it better - my baby now looks like a skinless cat - so embarrassing I can't take her anywhere now until it grows out and the worst thing is - SHE IS FREEZING!! All of these people at this shop are VERY RUDE! All I asked the groomer to do when I dropped my baby off was something cute, and this IS NOT CUTE NOR DOES IT EVEN LOOK ACCEPTABLE. This place should not be in business from the way that they treat the customers and the fur baby customers! I'm going to make sure everyone knows about this so that they can avoid this kind of situation. It's going to take 3 months for my dogs hair to grow to a normal length!
