NEVER USE THESE JERKS... First and foremost, the one star is completing misleading. I wish that I could have posted NEGATIVE ratings for that is exactly the type of service these alleged professionals provided to our family members home. Second, the name "Service Pros Cleaning" is again misleading for they act unprofessional, continuously behave rudely to those they communicate with during the course of their work (both front line personnel and back office administrative staff members), fail to guarantee anything, and unreliable. Third, their owner (Rich) promised to call us back right away claiming that he "cares about the quality" of the work that his employees (Shane) performed yet every time that we attempted to contact him; he has repeatedly ignored our calls. In fact, he emphatically stated to us that he "has no intention of every returning our phone calls". That's professionalism and customer service for you - huh? What I refer to it is simply criminal. Therefore, I highly recommend that you immediately place the phone down and NEVER contact this collection of crooks - EVER! They DO NOT stand behind their work....They DO NOT stand behind their quote and instead attempt to strong arm those they come in contact with once they get set to perform the work...They are CRIMINALS, LIARS, CHEATERS, and NOT professionals that their ad claims. In fact, I would NOT trust them to clean our dog's house, not alone anyone else’s. Please pass the word to all you know that if

I don't know what Pavel is talking about. I've used them 3 times because we have dogs, and have done a great job every time at a fair price. Secondly, why is he calling the tech,he's out there to work and earn a living, call the office if u need help. Shane is a hard worker and had us inspect his work before he left. I highly recommend this company.
