The customer service at this store is terrible. I purchased a ring and it took twice as long as I was originally told to even get it back from them after just having it sized. I was promised one week and it took two. They even lost my purchase order and then accused me of lying about my purchase at one point. They never did apologize. On top of that, I left a bad review on facebook and as soon as they thought it was hidden the husband started insulting me and got very aggressive with me simply because I was unhappy with my experience there. The jewelry is beautiful at this store but it's not worth the hassle you'll go to get it.
