Get to enjoy a small-town feel through many community and in-home amenities that evoke a relaxed way of living. We are located between Jacksonville and Daytona, having great schools nearby and easy access to State Road 207 and State Road 312. Our community is also pet-friendly, so all furry friends are welcomed with open arms. Beyond our gates, you are free to enjoy an array of recreational spaces. A swimming pool as well as a sand volleyball and basketball courts are available when you’re in need of some outdoor activity. The kids also have a playground and wading pool just for them. Nature walk trails and picnic areas make a day outside all that more delightful. When you come inside, you’ll discover a business center, a 24-hour gym, a laundry facility as well as a clubhouse. And when you walk through your threshold, you’ll make use of excellent finishes like a washer/dryer, cable television, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, plus an energy efficient air conditioning and heating system.
