Not a fan, this place does not help its residents at all. My father was getting his financing to purchase a home in Jacksonville where I live and needed a few records, this place was unbelievable, they would not help at all, would not give him any records at all and so the lender tried calling, they were rude both times she spoke to them and wouldnt give her any information and then began ignoring her phone calls. All he needed was his payment statements that showed what his lot rent amount was seperate from his water bill because his check stubs showed the two combined and they could not do it, worthless office staff.
