My wife Victoria's friend Patricia Marks came from Alabama in 2002 to work in the office and answer the phone. Soon customers requested we work on all the appliances they had so they wouldn't need a different company for each appliance. Soon customers requested we work on all the appliances they had so they wouldn't need a different company for each appliance. Word of mouth continued to spread and I started to train my son Brandon in 2007. It is our goal to continue to grow and provide quality service to the thousands of people we've come to know over the years. We start by giving our customers a 2 hour time window I.E. 8-10 a.m., so you're not waiting all morning or afternoon for someone who doesn't show up or even call. I've heard the story much too often. It is our intention to be there as soon as possible. We have spent thousands of dollars purchasing the most commonly used parts to carry on the trucks. Unfortunately now we have manufacturers from overseas, and U.S. manufacturers each with hundreds of different models and designs. It is not possible to carry everything even in a tractor trailer. But we use a dozen different suppliers and strive to complete repairs within a couple days. It may sound selfish but, the sooner it's done, the sooner we get paid. But more importantly, the happier you are, the more likely you are to refer your friends and family to us.
