I did not get any services performed from this group for six months, but they did cash my check on week one. I had an agreement to have this group get me a number of appraisals in April of this year. I clearly stated that several parcels may be purchaseable if I have timely appraisal information and asked for a couple of months for a reply. I sent a check for half of the estimated project cost. The check was quickly cashed. Time has passed and deals are dead. The appraisals were for mostly vacant land (should have been easy appraisals), some residential and some commercial parcels. Mr. Jeff Dean was friendly on the phone and seemed to be responsive and competent to do the tasks. Time has shown that he is neither of these. My agreement was in April of this year. My check was cashed in April. I must have communicated a half a dozen times in the last month or two trying to find out what is going on. Now it is a half of a year. I was trying to find out any progress on the project and I did not pressure, was pleasant, patient and inquired periodically. Now Mr. Dean will not respond. And no work done in six months. I have received nothing for the monies I paid. Dean Appraisals Group is either fraudulent, incompetent or a very lousy business. I will keep this post up to hopefully let others know what happened to me
