We Shrimp the waters of the gulf of Mexico
while Shrimping the gulf of Mexico our captains hand grade the shimp on the boat as they are caught. The shrimp are then IQF(individually quick frozen), boxed in 40lbs boxes, and stored in the boats deep freezer.
