Be very careful with KTS, do not work with them without a quote, do not sign any contract with them. Their rate is outrageous, $165 an hour compared to the competition and the work is well below standards. Double check everything they are doing on your computers. They will have no problem to sell you refurbished hardware telling you it is brand new. Do not trust the owner whose only objective is to charge you as much as possible. Do not expect him to show up to fix a problem, he is not a technician. A lot of turn over as far as the staff is concerned.
