I purchased my glasses 2 yrs ago and needed to have them fixed (i dropped and then steppeds on them, by accident). I took then in to lisa the next day. I had cracked them. They couldn't be repaired. The frame is no longer available in the states. I was very disappointed. And I wear bi-focals , it would take any where from 10 to 14 days to get a new pair. Lisa then offered her frame to me to borrow than she decided to sell to me her frame. I was shocked she was so generous. She went above and beyond the call of satisfying a customer. I've always felt she was extremely professional and personable. Now I know she is. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue my business with this business. Thank you so much Lisa!
